Note taking software that syncs audio with notes

I am looking for an app that will allow me to record audio while taking handwritten notes at the same time, allowing the user to sync the handwriting to the point in the audio when the note was taken. Essentially, I am searching for an app that behaves much like Livescribe's Smartpen, except the notes are written on a tablet by hand (or stylus). Are there any apps in the Play Store like that?
