note4 screen is not responding to touch

my note4 screen is not responding to touch but work fine with spen and what strainge is when i go in *#0#* mode to check the screen the touch works fine.

Welcome to Android Central! Remember that the S Pen works separately from the touchscreen digitizer, so that isn't surprising.
