Note5 freeze and reset himself

Hi guys just bought note5 yesterday and since i have open it the phone freeze and stuck every 20 minutes and i have to hard reset the phone ... i tried to restore factory setting and i wiped the cache and nothing help plzzz help me!

Since you have already tried a factory reset it sounds like an issue with the phone itself, I'd go back and exchange it.

Take it back and get a new one.
