Note9 via costco ... switching networks

[Android Central Question]

Hello. To be clear, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 from Costco during release weekend. I was required to use tmobile for 2-3 months. Afterwards there was an app I could press on the phone to make it unlocked. This allowed me to use tmobile compatible mvno'sile Ting or Mint. I saw the Sprint free year thing but was wondering, since this has since been "unlocked" via the app on it, could it EVER work on Sprint? Currently has Pie. TY
