Question TVBox : Programmable timer for auto-switching the channels

I always used satellite TV and it was easy to perform programmed switching from one channel to another, so I could easily record my favourite programs on different channels. Since I use an Android TV box (Ubox Unblock Tech) this seems not possible so I need to switch from one channel to another manually (waking up during my sleep !). Is there a way to do that automatically ? I use mostly the IPTV players UPTV, Kodi and PerfectIPTV. Thanks !
