Is there a way to make notes to yourself, like grocery lists, to-do lists, etc?

You should have an app called DOCS already on the phone. Similar to MS Word. Also lots of 3rd party apps out there. I use Out Of Milk for my shopping lists.

I just use Google..."Hey Google, add milk to my shopping list." Or "Hey Google, add fix faucet to my To Do list".

I use Google Keep for notes. For checklists, I use to the app called To Do by Microsoft.

I use Google Keep notes app. And I can add things to it using Assistant voice, access for m any device (phone, laptop, Chromebook).

I went to the Google Play store, and found something called "Notepad Free" It does just what I need.

Google Keep is my go-to. It's great to have my notes sync automatically to the cloud and be available on any device.
