I'm not lifting like usual, but they're solid for running, hiking and with glasses or bike helmets!

To a degree, it will also depend on the thickness of your glasses' arms, though. I wear titanium frame glasses with very thin arms, and they're fine. I have another pair with tortoiseshell arms that are thicker, and they're fine with those as well, but the buds become a bit more noticeable with the thicker ones.
