Nothing happens when I connect USB flash drive to my Samsung SM-T230 tablet, help.

I got the 32 GB Sandisk Ultra USB stick, connected it to my Samsung SM-T230 tablet with and without an OTG cable but nothing appears on screen.

I checked under "Settings", only Internal Storage and my Micro SD card appears to be there.

I've tried the USB stick on my phone (Sony Xperia X) and my laptop and it works fine on both of them and FYI it's formatted to FAT32

can anyone help?

I don't think your tablet is equipped with OTG
