Notification badges-possible fix

This has worked for some for the annoying problem of missing counters on apps. Until they get the message and add it back it's something that might work for you. (Worked on my S8)

go to settings--> apps --> 3 dots in upper right corner -> special access -> notification access -> samsung experience home-> switch on.
