Notification Bar Help

It would like to know if there's any way to like make the notification bar like in a way transparent but actually like taking the top of the screen just under the notification bar and turning the notification bar that color to blend.... Example for the Android Central app it's green so if it would take that exact green and turn the notification bar that color to make it blend and have a natural look to it.... Is there a way or an app.... I'd do anything for that.

If you root. There is Paranoid ROM. It is very customizable. Including colors when opening apps.
Thats probably your only options. Since that involves system settings, It will need Root access

If all else fails you could change the AC app to night mode, maybe that would look more natural if your status bars black.
