Notification bar,home button , recent apps button not working

Hi,I bought a asus zenfone laser 2.It has been working since but yesterday my phone power off due to low battery and after restarting my notification bar cant pull down,home button and recent apps key not working.can you help me to fix this without losing any phone data or documents.pls I hope you will reply .
