Notification Bar Icon Glitching

Can anyone tell me why this happens? Thats the percentage for my battery thats glitching out. I had just got the 15% battery notification before it happened. It goes away fairly quickly and I've seen the WiFi and time wack out on me before too.

Well, I would say try factory resetting your device by going to Settings > Personal > Back Up and Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device > Delete All.

I had done that a while back then about a week later I had seen it do it again. It Just happens every so often its not permanent
