Notification bar in middle of screen

On occasion when I am on Instagram or other platforms, I will do something and a message will come up in a black bar. It sits there for 3-4 mins then dissapears. I have searched settings and forums and can't get it to stop! I have a S22ultra. Any help would be appreciated!

Attached! See, the message sent bar. I can't remove it, it stays for about 5 minsb

Go to settings>general management>Reset>reset accesbilty settings

Also, go to Settings - Accessibility - Advanced settings and make sure that Time to take action is set as Default.

Well, it seems to have worked!! Thank you so much! I thought I had made a mistake in moving up from my S8. Lol

You must of adjusted by accident
