notification bar not sliding down on lg g3. touch is working fine

lg g3 notification bar not sliding down at random occasions. i have tried factory reset , stock rom , custom rom , reboot but no luck. help me out pls

Welcome to Android Central! Are there any touch problems near the top of the screen? Try installing one of those touch screen test apps to check -- if the top of the screen is faulty, then it might impact the ability to swipe down the notification panel.
