Notification bar shows both wifi and 4g lte

Since the pie update I now often see wifi and LTE showing. Sometimes it is there for a while and goes away.

Any idea why the 4g is showing while on wifi?

I had that for awhile, couldn't figure it out yet but something like location or a app is using data while on wifi

Always had that on my Note 8, probably because download booster is enabled, also have it set to aggressive switch over in developer options, then again I'm just guessing here but I only got Pie yesterday and it was the same on Oreo

Do you have the Mobile data always on button checked in the developer's options? Maybe that is why
