Hi all

Im hoping someone can help!
I have recently upgraded to an S20+.

However in the lock down screen I am unable to pull down on notifcations to expand them so I can read them and I am also unable to pull down the top quick access bar without it disappearing.
I had the same issue on my S9 and thought it was a bug. I have spoken to a friend of mine who has an S20 ultra and his does not do this.
The only things I have changed is enabled developer mode and turned down the animations to 0.5.

Nope, its not fixed.
It worked for a second.
I have disabled developer mode and that does not help either

Ok put in safe mode and try

Ok then some app you recently download might be causing this

Ahh I have resolved it.
It is the security app called Cerberus. I had a setting enabled called block switch off from power button and that removes the ability to use the lock screen.
