Notification Bullseye Line

I suddenly have a line crossing through my notifications Bullseye. I don't have any notifications and have no idea where this line came from. Everything seems to be working properly. Anyone else experience this or know what it signifies?

Well the bullseye is your GPS. The line represents that you have no GPS signal, or it's off.
