Notification for 8.0 - already have it!?

Just got a notification that a system upgrade was downloading, pressed for more information and was told that the Oreo update was available...but I've been on Oreo for quite a while...what the heck??? Any ideas?

Verizon GS 8+ with May security patch.

I got the same thing.

According to that, it adds Wi-Fi Calling Auto On and bumps the security patch to 06-01-18.

Perhaps a staff member could check with their Verizon PR rep for clarification.

Checked Verizon's website and it is indeed the June security patch. I'm quite impressed on one hand, up until May I'd NEVER received a security patch in it's current month, now on the S8+ it's happened twice in a row - got the May patch in May, and the June patch in June.

On the other hand, pretty disgusted with the lazy or just sloppy butts at Verizon, pushing out a security patch identified as the Oreo upgrade. Seriously? You had one job, update dude...
