Notification light pulsing, but no notifications.

So it's not always happening, but once in a while the notification led on my G4 decides to pulse for no reason. It's a light blue color, it flashes once every 10, maybe 15 seconds. Keeps doing it until it decides to stop. So my question is, wtf?

I had this yesterday, thought I was losing my mind. Decided to restart the device and it hasn't done it since then.

It'll happen again. If it's like mine. It goes days without doing it, then it comes back. Can't wait for Monday when my Nexus 6P gets here.

It's a bug, but I've never been able to find the cause. I'm hoping it gets sorted out with the Marshmallow update.

I change my LED colors by app and the only one that does this to me is Telegram. I have to go into the chat, back out, then back out completely and it finally stops. It happens about once a week or so.
