Notification of fully charged battery

I recently installed CM7 with incredikernel and sometime within that process I reset my battery status. I now get a green light when the charge is complete but it is usually just at 90% charge. If I plug it in again the light remains green and it will charge up to 100%. The one thing that gets me about this is it seems no matter when I plug the phone in, if I am at or above 90% the charging light stay green instead of turning orange. Should I fully charge to 100% then reset my battery stats?

This happens with all AOSP ROMs. When the battery hits 90%, the light turns green. Just leave it on the charger and it will continue charging to 100%. Nothing to be worried about, not a bug or an issue. Just the way it is.
