Notification preview style changed

When I first got the Note 8, the notification preview used to be that fancy new bubble. Now it has reverted back to the traditional drop down preview. I do not remember changing the settings anywhere but does someone know how to change it back?

Bring down quick settings menu. Turn on edge lighting feature. In detailed settings you can set which apps you want it with.
