Notification pull down not reliable

Is it just me or about 25-30% of the time when you pull down the notification it just closes back?
I even removed the screen protector because I thought it may be causing some interference.
Don't remember that happening in 4.1.1

Same thing happens to me. It's a bit annoying but not a big deal.

I've had it bounce closed on me since 4.2 as well, but it appears (to me, at least) that it's the result of increased sensitivity. If your finger lingers on the screen and makes the slightest move backward, the notification shade snaps back. Best approach I've found is to do one quick swipe and immediately pull my finger off the screen.
