Notification Ringtones

Last night, while setting up, I noticed both the phone and notification ringtones I was using are both gone. I couldn't find any I liked from their list. I managed to find the MP3 for both, but it doesn't appear there is a simple way of using your own notification ringtone. Anyone know if a simple way of doing this? It's been a while since I went and played around with hidden files.

I noticed this too. Even when I change to a different notification sound it goes back to "Prism."

The Zedge app has thousands of ringtones you can use.

Audiko is another good app for ring tones and message tones. You can even set the default ring tone directly from the app.

I actually found the ringtones already. The phone ringtone it's easy to add. The notification ringtone does not massively have an option to add your own.

I'd hate to have to add one app just to add a notification ringtone. Would the ringtone stay selected of I added it through this app and then uninstalled the app?

I have all of my notifications and ringtones.
They are in folders on internal storage.

I had to use the my files app to copy the files I wanted from the ringtone folder to the notification folder and then they started to show up as options for my default notifications
