Notification sound gets interrupted

7 out of 10 times my notification sound will stop half way through. Is this happening to anyone else? It's very annoying.

yes, short tones like facebook pop doesnt even play at all, coz it is too short?

Is this a bug or something known on galaxy phones?

Strange but I get the same thing on my LG Intuition. When I installed Go Sms pro it stopped and i get full notification sounds now. Different phone, but its worth a try?

I wonder if this is related at all to the way that the screen turns on when you get a SMS message. Maybe it's a lag issue in waking up the screen that shortens the duration the sound plays?

Not sure... Mine gets cut off sometimes only playing the end or the beginning of the notification sound... But anyways different phone and go sms pro seems to have fixed the issue.
