Notification this morning! Help

My phone showed this notification this morning, saying "Your Phone number has Changed! " WHAT? I didnt click on it to open it. What does this mean?

I called Verizon today. It was Backup assistant recognizing that I moved the phone from one line to another. So in case anyone else runs into this issue, that is what Verizon told me occurred.

OMG....I dont even play those games! I let my assistant who is a Diehard Iphone lover (trying to convert him) check out my phone and he downloaded a bunch of apps..(with my permission) those were there in the notifications when I took the screen shot, so I blacked them out, because I didn't want to clear the notification I was concerned about, but removed them from my phone right after! Haha, boy really makes me look bad!

Its Valentines day you couldnt let her slide on that? lol
