Notification tones and Vibrate

Is there a way to add our own notification tones and also have it vibrate while its using the sound option?

No way yet. Only for call ringtones. I'm waiting impatiently for someone to find a way because the standard ones aren't the best. Notifications should vibrate of you have 'vibration' on in your sound settings. Mine does anyway.
