Need Assistance with Samsung Galaxy S8+ App Notification Tones.
I am no longer able to assign different tones for notifications from my apps. Now, I hear only the default tone for all notifications. It was working before, and I do not know why it is not working now! Samsung support staff were useless. On September 11, 2017, they sent me a link showing the same steps I used the first time. Then they disconnected me from Chat before I could reply! Can someone please help me?
