Hello . I have Samsung Galaxy j5 2016 after restart I receive this message " No internet connection . Can't download attachment " . I think that maybe is a virus , or malware ?

Hello I send message of Bulgarian Android Security Forum , and I FIX this problem . I give this message every restart my smartphone . This is small steps to FIX this problem :Open Messages , More , Settings , More settings , Multimedia messages and stop all Options , and Set Restrictions "Restricted" . This is OLD MMS Hack Options (STAGEFRIGHT) , I no have idea who wants me to hacking .
