My notification keeps sending me to page saying roaming charges apply. Then page says do you want to continue. I am home no calls are roaming. What is happening

What is the notification for? What's it telling you? You should be able to long-press the notification and then select "App Info" to find out which app is responsible for it.

It says. Phone 4.3. I cleared 8.0 cache see if that clears it. Thanks for responce i didnt know holding it showed app
