Is there any way to make it so that when you're connected to bluetooth (or any time, but this is more annoying when on bluetooth) and playing music, that when you get a text or other notification, it doesn't temporarily lower the music? This is particularly annoying/embarrassing when playing music through my home stereo or in the car, listening to a great song, then all the sudden the volume lowers because I get a text. I imagine putting the phone in Do Not Disturb would fix this, but I'd like to avoid doing that because I just know I'll forget to turn it off every time I'm done listening to music. Got my fingers crossed, really hoping there is a solution to this. Thanks

Does it matter? I'm pretty sure it does this in the google music player and the default samsung player. I am using the Samsung player though because I had problems with Google's player not seeing all the albums on my SD card

Yes, it does matter. For example, PowerAmp has a specific setting for this (Settings -> Audio -> Short Audio Focus Change).

Look through the Samsung Player's settings. If not there, I would suggest you give PowerAmp a try; it is very popular and rightly so.

I don't see the option in the Samsung player. And you have to pay for those players :( Is there a setting for it in the Google player?

No the free version of mediamonkey stay free, if you want to try the features of the pro version you can sign up to use the beta version, this gives you all the features and the only limitation is that you have to upgrade when a new version comes out. I used the beta version for ages and never had it crash so it's normally very stable. In the end I decided to go with the proper pro version when I got my S7.
