Notifications Folder

I seem to have a strange bug for notifications. When I got my phone, I added all of my custom notifications to the Notifications folder that was already there. None showed up when I tried to find them in my apps. Through trial and error I found that if I changed the name of the Notifications folder to something else and then changed it back to Notifications, the notification files were available. If I add another notification mp3 file to the folder, it won't show up until I change the folder name and then change it back.

Anyone else with this issue?

I don't change my notifications from default but maybe can help, in my files where it says notifications ,inside is 3 dots you can increase the file size you can put in there and make sure hidden files is toggled on
