Notifications Screen?

Hey! Does anyone know how to turn on the notifications/contact details screen that you see on the Samsung website? I'm VERY new to the Android game (just got my first galaxy two days ago!) so forgive my ignorance. I just thought this screen was really cool!

Settings > edge screen > edge panels. Turn them on and select what you want. You can also download different panels as well.

Which edge panel is this? I have them enabled and I've been fiddling with them a bit.

AFAIK that's part of the contacts panel. Only your favorite contacts get that.
