Notifications sound turned off once a day

[Android Central Question]

So for about 2 months now my s8 has been doing this thing. The notifications sound gets turned off. I'll have to go to the volume menu and turn the back up.

I dont use Do not disturb, night mode or power saving mode.

I cant correlate it to any setting. Samsung has tried cleating my cache and
reset my settings.
