My Android Wear app just got updated in my Galaxy S6 and it said that it includes the Android Wear 2.0 so I updated the app but know it's been about 2 days and my watch isn't receiving any notifications. It has not received the Android Wear 2.0 update yet but know I'm not receiving and notifications. I have restarted it multiple times and I have disconnected it from my phone and then reconnected it but I can't get it to work. Any help would be great. Thanks

It might be worth doing a factory reset on the watch, then pairing it with the phone again.
 
I've noticed the same thing. I did a factory reset on my phone and watch and everything was fine. After an hour or so the latest Android Wear update came through, installed and now notifications to the watch have stopped again.
 
I finally did a factory reset on my watch earlier today and then I got another app update for Android wear on my phone but notifications are still not coming through. Do u think I should wait till the end of March because Huawei said everyone should have the update by then or should I do a factory reset on my phone?
 
Keep in mind - the app on the phone updating has little to do with the OS on the watch. Just because the app is on 2.0 doesn't mean your watch will get it in the next couple days.

That said - I've had few problems with mine as far as notifications go.
 
Hi all,

did you manage to solve this very annoying issue? I have the exact same thing on my Huawei watch / Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. I'm getting notifications from calendar and some apps, but no notifications from Gmail, Messenger, SMS.

The problems started a couple of days back. I have tried to unpair, reinstall Android Wear, reset watch - with no luck at all.
