Nougat emui 5 bugs

All the apps seem to work fine, including most of the ones mentioned in this thread. Apps can also access the gallery.

I would recommend that the op backup data and do a factory data reset.

UK version and not many issues. Most apps works fine. Amazon's white hides the battery and signal etc. Battery doesn't seem to last quite as long, and the app draw doesn't seem to properly order the apps, they are a-z, but amazon comes after android central. Not huge deals. I much prefer the look and feel!

I've noticed the battery is taking a pounding in this beta, but everything else seems smooth as silk

Been in touch with the honor UK team and solved my problems. I have a feeling it was something to do with the developer settings that I had changed before the update.
Currently restoring from the backup program now.
Much relief.

So far so good. Very happy with the response time from the beta team. Took less than an hour to solve the issue once I contacted them.

Google Voice to make all calls functionality is broken. Must select Ask Every Time to get a call out.

After about a day with the Nought Beta, the only issue I have experienced so far is battery drain while sleep. Usually when i go to bed and leave the phone on, not charging i lose about 10%-15% of battery life this morning I woke up and I lost around 35%.

I did notice, however, that the new update tends to have better RAM management and tends to leave more applications running in the background (which I prefer). So, that may be the reason for the drop although Nought was supposed to bring improved Doze to help combat this.

I actually haven't found the doze option yet. I have set lot of apps to close on screen lock to save battery.

Battery performance is shocking at the mo, I'm going to let it run for a few days and see if it levels out. The OS is using 620 mAh, almost 22% of the total usage and Android system 12%. Something is right!

Doze is a system setting that's built into the OS I don't think it's a setting. But I'm going to wait a few days and see if the OS is just settling in before I report it.

Not a bug, but I noticed in the battery manager there's no more performance/smart/battery saver processor control.

Also for reference View attachment 246563

Last full charge was at about 3pm
That seems like a bug my OS battery usage isn't that high.
