I'm hoping for the 1st quarter of 2017. Might not be till March which is the latter part of first quarter. Verizon has never been in a hurry to release new updates so not holding my breath and hoping it's sooner but my past Verizon update experiences tells me no, it'll be later.
The HTC 10 has become something of a redheaded stepchild anyway. Not even a year old and seemingly forgotten unlike others of the same vintage. S7 comes to mind. Verizon is still advertising it and pushing it, not so with the 10 at all. Practically forgotten.

Doubt Verizon is holding it back by any means. It may not be through testing or maybe had an issue, who really knows. It will be here when it gets here. My phone works perfectly as is so not exactly in the need for the update. The unlocked got it like a month ago, expect another month or two after the unlocked as usual.

Had the same experience with my HTC Rezound and I got an indication from the Verizon clerk that this phone may suffer that orphaned state. But I purchased it anyway -and- I am NOT sorry. Like you I am not having any problems with the phone so I am not in any big hurry to get an Update... which could be a problem. Sometimes I hate updates.:p

Im pretty sure this phone will get just as much support as any other flagship as long as HTC doesnt go down. And nougats been ready, they are either doing network tests, or holding it back for a little. The GS6 edge plus took an extremely long time to get marshmallow on all carriers, almost a whole year since it was released

Ive had HTC phones on Verizon since the Thunderbolt and every one of them became a stepchild sent to boarding school who didnt get sent a plane ticket home for Xmas. Verizon is a (insert your own adjective) and will get to it when it suits them. They have our money so why should they care?

You are so right. This arrogant attitude, along with network improvements at their competitors, has also lost them customers in the last year, and that's the ONLY reason VZW has started to bend a tiny bit on cost and competitiveness issues. Way overdue.

Their arrogance and customer-unfriendly policies are also why all but one of my five lines is off-contract of any kind, and as soon as they are successful in killing my two remaining UDP lines, off we all go (along with my$400/month of revenue) to TMo.
