Nougat New Internet Symbol in Notifications Bar

Hi
I have just upgraded to Nougat and the symbol in the Notification area has changed slightly to include opposite facing arrows within the triangle

Anyone know what this means if anything

If the triangle is flat on its bottom and the icons are up /down means carrier data exceeded or nearly exceeded...
