Nougat out on H901 T-Mobile V10 via LG Bridge 7.18.2017!

Lucky! Im on AT&T and have seen no sign of a nougat update...security updates have even stopped now.

Why TMO and not directly from LG? LG will repair your original phone, and TMO will send you a refurb which may (or may not) be skanky, used and scratched, beat up. Good luck. The only benefit of TMO is faster turn around time possibly.If your phone is in pristine condition, always better off with LG direct.

I had a problem with my V10 last year, the store got the refurb and I inspected it and refused it. Luckily the original V10 had an odd software glitch which I was able to resolve, not a hardware problem,

I've had plenty of experience with both channels having returned 4 G4s for bootloop problems. The one they returned for my son was considerably better looking than what we sent in. I took a guess at they sent back a new unit which they printed a new sticker for with the old IMEI number. It would muck quicker printing a sticker under the battery than actually fixing something. That lasted another 6 months and then the video went out. Oh well, if it doesn't look right I'll send it back.

After I updated mine, my fingerprint reader works perfectly now, but battery life has dropped by about 30%

I am a very light user and most of my use is standby time, but I was able to go 72 hours and now I am lucky to get 48 hours between charging.

4 G4's went bad, yikes! My gf uses my old and original G4 and still going strong. Lucky I guess. And my V10 also no problems, crossing fingers...
If the G4 goes bad then I can get a V20 or V30, but it keep plugging away. The V10 still so good I can't justify replacing it.

The replacement arrived. Cosmetically it looks perfect. I need to set it up, and upgrade it to Nougat again, lol. The one good thing about it, my phone that died was from the original batch 10/15 and the replacement is from 3/16. Hopefully they worked things out by then because I really like the phone!!

This time upgraded OTA when I setup the phone. No issues. Running smoothly.
