You can choose to have or not have the app drawer, it's an option.Nothing here but I like the no app drawer so if I never saw 5.0 I wouldn't mind anyway lol. I love everything about 4.1. It's the perfect blend or hybrid software that gives you both Android and IOS together as smooth harmony. I personally think it's the best ever.
I'm not a fan of the pixel drawer. Can you do that using nova?

I just did a force update using the Charles app method for my FRD-L14 US model and the update is downloading as I speak. For folks interested, here is the response code you need to use for FRD-L14 in the Charles app:
Code:{ "status":"0", "autoPollingCycle":"1", "components":[ { "name":"FRD-L14C567B360", "version":"FRD-L14C567B360", "versionID":"72029", "description":"FRD-L14C567B360 (2017/01/03)", "createTime":"2017-01-03T01:57:51+0000", "url":"http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1278/g104/v72029/f1/" } ] }
Yep.
What country are you in? Did it require root or etc? I'm very interested.
I use the FRD-L14 64GB USA Version.
Instructions are available in the XDA forums. There are two ways to do it. You do not need to root or unlock bootloader.
This thread talks about how to use Charles network app to rewrite the update request and request the version you want. In this case, you will request the final B360 version. This thread gives the various responses for various models.
You could also use the HiCare app but that didnt work for me while it has worked for few others.
Better to wait for the official update. I'm also on three, but I am on the beta program.
Best thing about three however, is that there is no carrier bloatware and no wait for them to edit the software themselves because they supply unlocked phones![]()
