Nougat update for the G4

Given all the complaints about the UI, I am not sure I want Nougat.

It's not worth the risk. If your G4 works with Marshmallow then stick with it, I plan to.

I’ve liked it on my V20 so we will see when t-mobile actually releases it though.

I think T-Mobile forgot about the G4 Nougat software update October will be here before we know it and still not a thing.

The Nougat update for the V10 was really good, so really surprised its not out yet for the G4.

they say that since nexus 5x worked with nougat the G4 and v10 shouldn't have any trouble

It took 2.4 years, but my LG G4 finally boot-looped.
Upgraded to the V30 with Android 7.1.2.
I think the UI is fine, given the previous complaints.

It would seem that if your G4 has not been updated to 7.x by now, that is probably not going to happen from the carriers.

I use my G4 off and on still but I doubt T-mobile will give it the Nougat update since we have 2 weeks left for 2017.
