Nougat Update on S7 Edge - Speaker Button on S View Cover?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with an S View Cover. In the past, when receiving or placing a call with S View Cover closed (especially when mostly hands-free in the car), there was a spot on the S View screen to toggle "Speaker" on and off to switch between speakerphone and normal. With the latest update to Nougat, the S View screen is nearly blank once the call is connected except the "END" swipe button. Is there any way to get the "Speaker", mute, and other buttons and features back on the S View Cover screen for call controls?
