Nougat update

I have been trying to update to nougat manually for weeks now but can't seem to. Has it been fully rolled out now?

I'm on O2 with an S7 edge

I wouldn't say fully... Samsung has released the update and many carriers have initiated their rollout, but you would need to contact O2 to find out if they have started theirs
