Just finished updating my SM-T813, wi-fi only; it was 1020.31 mb. I'm in Texas. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish.

Edit: I am now having a problem getting the system to read my fingerprint. May be a coincidence, but I did not have this issue prior to the update. It's happened every time I try to open the tablet since installing the update. I'm going to try re-registering my prints.

Got the update last night, but now my samsung kindle app won't open. What forum do I go to for help with this?

After this update would do a full wipe of cache and full wipe and reinstall. Then you will be like new out of the box.

I found out you can't enter recovery mode anymore. The only option you get is to go into download mode. I'd love to know the reasoning behind this.

Edit: chalk this up to operator error.

I used recovery modde to do a clean reset of my device using the power button volume up home button hold all three it eventually show a broken android power button volume up gets you to recovery

Just went there and clearddd my cache

Thanks for the reply. I don't know what the hell I was doing wrong as I've cleared the cache that way several times. I hate to say it but it appears to be operator error. Doh!

I don't know for sure but don't see you wouldn't. You probably wouldn't want to pull down an update that large on a data plan anyway.
