Nova launcher beta 15 folder mods

I am wanting to install invisible folders onto my phone and I am running Nova launcher beta 15. Ever since the update to beta 15 I have not been able to install the invisible folders. I have followed the instructions on Nova Launcher-Folder Mods - 21 Options (Invisible, Platform, Glass, Rings, etc..) (Updated 2/19/12: Beta15)) - RootzWiki and even installed that nova unstall zip and it still isn't working. Is there anything that I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Uninstall Nova thru settings/apps....then use Astro(or whatever your choice is) and install the .apk just like any app. The Nova apk with invisible folders installed fine for me. Just requires setting up all your folders again.

did you do it as a system app or just an apk?
did you lose the widgets in ICS as opposed to the old method?

If you can't get it to work just install simple text from the market then change the folder icon by long pressing on it and select simple text. In simple text type what ever you want (maybe just a period if you want transparent) then change the color of the text by selecting the color circle on the top right and then where it says alpha drag the line all the way to the right to make the text transparent. Then hit ok and menu and save text and your done.
