All I can say is wow!! Is it worth the 4 bucks for premium?

Re: I just installed Nova.

I tried Nova Launcher (the free version) and fell in love with it. After 1 day of using the free version I purchased the app. The $4.00 was worth it!!

Re: I just installed Nova.

I think it's worth it for the premium version. You get to use gestures, unread counts and you get a few more home page scrolling effects off the top of my head. It's only 4 bucks. I'm sure we've all spent 4 dollars on dumber things.

Re: I just installed Nova.

Look at what premium offers in comparison to the Free version. I purchased the premium version because I wanted to hide icons and utilize some of the widget features. Could I have done without it? Definitely. But seeing as I had the credits thanks to Google Rewards, why not check it out?

Re: I just installed Nova.

I'd say the ability to hide the notification bar alone is justification for the premium price tag.

Re: I just installed Nova.

Sunday I will have this. Already been on the Google play store adding things to my "wish list". Doing it with my iPhone 5 is funny!

Re: I just installed Nova.

I've used Solo launcher for a while, but with all this talk about Nova, I might have to give it a try.

Re: I just installed Nova.

I have tried several launchers including the new Google launcher.

Unloaded all of them and went back to Nova.

Nova's "shortcuts" feature is worth the price of the Premium version for me. (although I think it was there before I paid for it)

And, I have this little internal brain warp that says, If an app developer creates something that I enjoy so much, they deserve to be rewarded for their efforts. So, I paid for it... makes me happy, makes the developer happy.

Re: I just installed Nova.

Best purchase I made. It is like night and day using this phone effort and after Nova.

I could not go back to touch wiz now. Gestures is what really sold me on Nova Prime.

Re: I just installed Nova.

For a couple of reasons I don't buy things with my phone (no gift cards or alternative payments where I live). It's fine for me just using free apps and tricks but I really miss two things. Supporting the devs (sorry mates) and Nova Prime.

One of the best options I'd love to have is two actions for the same icon, one tapping and another one swiping. That's cool.

You can see what Nova Prime will give you here: https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...slacoilsw.launcher.prime&hl=en&token=HxPgB6pK

Although it's a little more expensive than other paid apps on Google Play, think of it this way--if you skip two cups of coffee from Starbucks, you've made up for the price!

What size coffees do you get at Starbucks, kiddy cups. Most items I have seen there are about 5 bucks.

LOL, the small coffees (plain, not caramel chai macchiato latte espresso frappuccino pumpkin spice double shot with chocolate sprinkles) are still <$2 ...

Re: I just installed Nova.

Starbucks does not have anything in their store that I would pay for.

Way too expensive, and beyond the smell of coffee being made, that is where it ends. I hate the taste.

Re: I just installed Nova.

I personally prefer Peet's, but if I'm out and want some coffee, Starbucks is ok.

Re: I just installed Nova.

Never heard of "Peets", must not be in Cowboy Country.

Re: I just installed Nova.

Apex is pretty good too. It's got more features than Nova and you don't have to get paid version for gestures.
