Nova launcher question

I have a random Nova question. I use the Yahoo finance widget, which has built in resizing capability (to expand based on how many stocks you want to show). However, with Nova, I can't see to access the widget's native resizing functionality, as it will resize via Nova (which doesn't work right in this case), or if I turn Nova widget resizing off, it won't do anything. Is there a way I can get around this and access the widget's original resizing capability?

No. Some of those widgets are TouchWiz coded. That is why thry do not work well with nova.

If i install a launcher will i be able to still use the features of the S4? such as Air-view and so on. Also i've noticed that there are free launchers but also paid ones of the same, so a free Nova but also a paid Nova, whats the difference?

You can still use features of the ROM. The paid version, like most other apps, unlocks certain settings and features.

*Sometimes* it depends on the launcher as to what native stuff doesn't work...but all of the Samsung apps and motions and gestures still work with Nova. Nova also leaves the default TW lockscreen in place.

The paid version adds additional features. I'd try out the free version, and if you like it and want to unlock some of the premium features, then youcan purchase it.

Any who has been using TeslaUnread have an issue with the badge notification sticking? On my Galaxy S4, the notification for the stock email app sticks at 1 despite receiving new messages or reading all new messages. All other badge notifications work fine. I've tried clearing TeslaUnread cache and data, uninstalling the TeslaUnread app, and removing all the email accounts set up in the email app. None were successful. I've been emailing tech support for 4 days with no replies. Any other advice?

I tried this out recently and for some reason I don't get notification icons on apps like messaging or email anymore. So I had to switch back to touchwiz. Is this a known issue?

Think I figured it out. Either it was clearing cache/data for Badge Provider (see Manage Apps), or deleting one of the two draft emails settling in my primary account's Draft folder.
