my att note 9 wasn't even seeing the October update. I erased it and got the October update quickly. still can't get the November update.

Yep, just popped up a few minutes ago. Now on Nov 1 update.

On TMO the Slowmo when it comes to updates....just received the October patch and still no camera update.

You don't say which update you've received or what camera update you mean, but TMO's ARJ5 update (unlocked model) and ARJ8 update (carrier-branded model) both include Samsung's recent camera improvements (camera version 8.5.05.25). But there is no update that fixes the camera-freeze bug, and it's unclear if there ever will be.

Yeah, TMO is REALLY slow. I got no November patch.
