And just as I post that I get an email from O2 saying it's available to pick up! I've got to wait till later this afternoon though!

Unfortunately, o2 got my order completely wrong. They sent out the wrong colour phone.
Even though one of the employees said the I ordered the correct one and it went wrong on their system... Because I had not noticed it on my confirmation email, they were unwilling to recompense for the mistake or let me swap for the correct one today.
So I've got to do a door to door swap tomorrow. At least I should have it for the weekend.
First world problems though, right.
