NRT Sideload 4.3 questions

Unlocked and rooted 4.2.2 stock rom Nexus 7 Wifi.
I have received the notification for the 4.3 update. I would rather sideload it so that I don't loose root.
I have the Nexus Root Toolkit installed. Could any tell me which option I should use to sideload 4.3 without loosing root or any of my data?
Also, do I need the factory 4.3 from Google or should I use another version?

You're going to lose root in any case... Might as well just accept the OTA and then reroot after.
