I desperately need to unroot my phone because I am taking it back to Sprint tomorrow. When I try to plug it in to my computer, it charges and makes the "device connected" sound but Windows says it is an Unknown Device. I have tried multiple USB cords and none have worked. Is there a way to fix this Unknown device error or is there an alternative way to unroot my phone to stock?

Need to know ASAP

Hello.

First relax :)

Have you tried downloading PDAnet for your computer? Google PDAnet and run it. It will ask you to replace any found Samsung drivers, let it do this. Just follow the prompts.

Next after that is complete, report back with your results after attempting to make a connection.

Also what means were you going to use to unroot/restore to stock?
